Lott Ave Condos is a stylish and modern development located on the vibrant east side of Austin, a neighborhood known for its trendy atmosphere and rapid growth. The project consisted of four buildings, each with two thoughtfully designed units featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and contemporary comforts.
We began marketing the condos in late fall 2020 and successfully sold out by March 2021. By strategically releasing units one at a time, we were able to maximize demand and steadily increase the sales price of each unit. This approach, combined with the prime location and modern design, made Lott Ave Condos a highly sought-after community.
